By using the House of Kaashvi website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

House of Kaashvi provides home theatre design, installation, and related services. All projects are subject to a detailed quotation and agreement signed by both parties before commencement.

Quotations

Project scope and terms are agreed upon through a detailed quotation provided after site assessment and design consultation. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Warranty

All installations carry a 1-year service warranty. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty as specified at the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, electrical surges, or unauthorized modifications.

Intellectual Property

All designs, renders, and documentation produced by House of Kaashvi remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
